The Wirth Wellness Podcast Episode #11 - Self-Care Turned Career. Interview with Bar Method Instructor, Allison Remley.

Description:

Allison is a former middle school teacher, turned Bar Method instructor, after finding the workout while attending grad school, in San Francisco, CA. She came to The Bar Method, looking for a way to get in better shape, but it quickly grew to be more. In Bar class, she found refuge from the stress of balancing grad school, city life, and teaching full time, in what was becoming an increasingly toxic environment. Eventually, she would quit her middle school teaching career altogether, and obtain certification to become a Bar Method instructor, sharing with others the greater love and admiration she gained for her body, through strengthening the mind-body connection.
