The Wirth Wellness Podcast #29- Cultivating "Inner Richness" and Healing Your Relationship with Money, with Selina Gray.
Description:
This is the conversation missing in the mainstream money management and personal finance space, and it was what was missing for me! Today, I have the honor of introducing you to my brilliant guest, “conscious wealth” expert, Selina Gray. She is shifting the conversation from money as a set of numbers, to "money as energy," and teaching us how to cultivate a relationship with it that is free of shame, and aligns with our highest values. Selina has been a CPA, CA, for 15 years, and after chasing “wealth” in her early adulthood, in a way that required insane 100+ hour work weeks, travel between 12 counties, and little time for friends, family, or what she calls “inner richness,” her health reached a crisis point. After a lengthy stay in the hospital, and being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, she was called to re-examine her relationship with money. Out of that experience, Selina found a new sense of passion, and has dedicated her life to helping others unpack their “money stories” and the beliefs that are holding them back from experiencing richness from within. She now spends her time teaching women entrepreneurs how to approach wealth building using her unique “inside out” approach, and call in more abundance, from a place of self-worth and connection.
